Cape May County - I read the article re: the freeholders. If Bozzelli was doing the jobs that she holds, going back six years, why did the freeholders wait until October 2018 to vote for her to have both titles? First off, one shouldn't have that much power. She didn't like that two voted "no," so she filed a complaint and thus an investigation. Now, there is another investigation against the other freeholder. Seems like Bozzelli gets what she wants at taxpayers' expense.
