I’m surprised so many people still put old (and new) television

Cape May County - I’m surprised so many people still put old (and new) television sets out for trash pick up. Last time I checked, at the Lower Township Recycling Center, they stopped picking up or accepting TVs over a year ago, and they need to be taken to the transfer station. Maybe this needs to be communicated and maybe one last pick up made with fines for any new offenders. It looks bad for the county and can be cleaned up.
