The situation is getting worse on our bay beaches.

Cape May Beach - The situation is getting worse on our bay beaches. We took our grandkids to the beach at Springtime. There were four unleashed dogs running free. As I approached the couple with the dogs, two of them jumped up at me. I tried to talk to the couple but the response was belligerent. Had to call police. By the time the police arrived, the couple and their dogs had left. Free running animals and cursing owners is not what our community needs. In my humble opinion, an agent assigned to the beach handing out stiff fines is the answer. I'm not opposed to dogs, but the ordinances need be followed
