Cape May Beach - I like the spouter complaining about nosy neighbors. The person complaining probably has one of those loud mufflers and neighbors are forced to look outside every time they start their car. They stated they were working a lot, so you know they have a dog that barks all day. These are the people who need to move to the mountains and make noise all day and nobody will care. It's a free country. People can watch what they want.
