Avalon - Wind was 40 mph Dec. 18, which was trash day for all 35 blocks on the south of Avalon. Trash and recyclables were blowing all over since the wind picked up. Yes, some of the locals will pick up some, but much just lingers for days, or weeks, or blows into the water. This is not a problem in Stone Harbor, where they have side yard collection. In Avalon, we are polluting the environment.
