Why don't we have a dog park in Avalon?

Avalon - Why don't we have a dog park in Avalon? People are always complaining about how we don't train our dogs correctly, and a dog park would give them the correct social skills needed. Or, maybe we could dedicate part of the beach for dogs. I just think these would be very helpful because I have a dog myself and she is a bit crazy.
