What happened to the Fourth of July celebrations?

Avalon - What happened to the Fourth of July celebrations? Avalon should consider having a Fourth of July parade. It would be so much fun to decorate bikes/wagons/strollers and parade down Dune Dr. on the Fourth of July. A few activities organized by parks and recreation might be nice, too. What are we doing for our young families in Avalon? Perhaps some of our tax money could be designated to creating some fun activities for our holidays.
