Avalon - We were down this weekend, Nov. 11-12, for the first time in a month, and we have lots of old trash in our flower beds and whatnot all strewed about our property. Likely some trash cans were toppled from the last few storms, and either the bushes or the water catch the windblown garbage. When we leave for the weekend, why can't we call Public Works, tell them that we were down for the weekend, give our address, and let the attendants take our trash cans from our side container, empty them in the trucks, and return them to our container? It is simple and would eliminate trash. Stone Harbor does this!
