Avalon - A SIC spouter has it right about kids on bikes. In Avalon, it's five to eight kids riding abreast on bikes along Dune Drive. Daytime, nighttime with no lights, will make turns in front of you without signaling, etc. They play chicken with drivers and pedestrians. The police do nothing, this is a continuing problem year after year.
