Avalon - In response to a spouter regarding "graffiti ... down the middle of 96th St.:" I cannot believe that a gang has violently polluted the streets with a blue line down the middle of it; the same gang that protects and serves and is always seen driving, protecting and responding to emergencies for the town. Cannot wait when you need assistance or help, who are you going to call, yet they'll still come to help you.
