Avalon - Question for the Avalon Borough Planning Commission and code enforcement: How long can a property owner park a moving pod in their front area and not be told to move it? Apparently there is no time limit. A property on 13th Street has had a pod in their front driveway... no apparent work being done, just storage. Avalon, this is horrible. Do something.
