Avalon - Before people complain about "the raw deal" the borough is giving the new owner of the Avalon Anchorage Marina, they should do their research. The documents pertaining to the usage are public documents. The borough made a deal with the previous owner that they would receive land from the vacated street if they provided the public amenities. If the new owner doesn't want to offer those amenities, he should not expect to use the vacated street. Since when does the borough give away municipal land without getting something of value in return? If they are, I would like a lot in the beach block!
