Avalon - Just drove past Dune Drive from 71st St. to 74th Street, and not one parking space available on Dune Drive. There were 16 construction vehicles and equipment, and four huge paint contractor aerial lifts. I guess you may say it is great advisement. My only question to mayor and council is why?
