It's upsetting to hear from my child that their science teacher

Avalon - It's upsetting to hear from my child that their science teacher is always “not talking nicely,” as my child put it, to the kids in the class. Having had two previous children experience the wrath of this teacher, and the administration and school board in Avalon turning a blind eye to the problem is even more upsetting as a parent. Why?
