Avalon - I feel the answer to so many of Avalon's problems is that the same people, with their same thinking, and all of the same party, with their same contacts, with their same friends being appointed to every position, have been doing the same things. Nowhere does the same regime have control for 30 years, except here. Every problem that has occurred in Avalon in the last five years, and there have been hundreds of them, I feel can be blamed on this. Change is good. Term limits are needed.
