Avalon - Avalon residents need to organize and elect better council members. The modular warranty debacle is the canary in the coal mine. We now see the truth. And, the truth is that council will defend and hide the problems and problem employees to the detriment of the citizens. This council will pay to defend wrongful actions their employees caused, and council knew about. Yet, they went along and hid the problem. This is inexcusable. Team Avalon is team wrong.
