Avalon - Avalon needs to amend construction ordinances. My Fourth of July celebration included the sights, sounds, trash and parking hassles of construction, as it was okay to work on the holiday. I want to declare my independence from the builders' tyranny! Council, listen to the people and change the rules. Protect our scared summer!
