After all the work done at the Peermont Substation between 60th

Avalon - After all the work done at the Peermont Substation between 60th and 61st streets in Avalon, and despite gorgeous renderings depicting lavish landscaping and an attractive evergreen buffer, the trees are dead and have been dead since August 2017. The time to replant was in the fall. How come Atlantic City Electric does not have to comply with landscaping requirements? They should be a better neighbor. We want real, live trees, not artful renderings.
