Wildwood - I applaud the city with the new juvenile curfew. It will work well and go hand in hand with the police curfew that keeps all police officers in hiding or on Rio Grande Avenue. A curfew for minors in Wildwood for 12 midnight? Really! And only three warnings before "something" is done.
