Has anyone ever noticed an unsightly house in the 100 E.

Wildwood - Has anyone ever noticed an unsightly house in the 100 E. block of Poplar Avenue? Talk about a junkyard. I often want to knock on the door and ask the owner what type of look he is going for with all the broken ornaments that "adorn" the property. The only reasoning I can think of is that he is trying to anger a neighbor that he doesn't like. I grew up in that area and that house was beautiful back in the day.
