Can someone please explain to me how local students at Wildwood

Wildwood - Can someone please explain to me how local students at Wildwood Catholic High School are being picked up by their parents whose cars have out-of-state license plates? This is not a recent situation. This is an ongoing situation, so much so that some students are now driving cars with out-of-state license plates. How come law enforcement isn't taking down tag numbers and finding out why there are so many out-of-state license plates on cars picking up local students?
