Villas - When visiting a retail establishment, be patient with the workers. Show some empathy when you see that we are overwhelmed. Be a great customer and you'll get great service. The customer is always right is a statement that needs to disappear. You aren't always right. I don't want to hear that I'm probably a bad employee with horrible customer skills, I'm not. However, after being yelled at my patience with the general public is at a bursting point. Myself and others I know are tired of being your whipping post.
