What's someone gotta do to get the township to fix the huge poth

Villas - What's someone gotta do to get the township to fix the huge potholes right in front of my house and next door neighbor's house? Cars go zooming down the street & swerve to avoid the potholes and come within inches of hitting my car that is parked out front of my house. I've tried "report a pothole." I've called, emailed, and now I am spouting.
