It would be interesting to know the mileage the vehicles receive as result of routine patrols, many streets with known drug activity rarely have a police car go by. The repsonse may likely be, "well they are unmarked". But the same activity continues for years despite detailed information being provided to police and detectives without even a traffic stop of cars on the block to validate the call.
