So my work just called me back to work after 10 weeks off.

Upper Township - So my work just called me back to work after 10 weeks off. My problem is I’m not comfortable due to my age of 67.I also take care of a cousin who has Down's Syndrome but works 5 days a week in a kitchen at a take out establishment. Fare free is shut down so I’m taking him to work so he stays active and he loves his job. Before anyone judges me thinking I don’t want to work that is not my case. I also love my part time job but I’m lost what to do.
