Stone Harbor - The second home owners begged Stone Harbor to do away with parking meters and fees. They felt that parking should be free like in Avalon for all visiting, whether for a day, week, or seasonal. Why they instituted this confusing parking app is beyond comprehension. The full time voting residents make very bad decisions. I feel very sorry for all those that got parking tickets. Most people do not realize that they need to pay. Whoever came up with this system should pay everyone’s fine.
