Stone Harbor - This is not a problem unique to the South Jersey area, but I'm seeing a lot of cars that appear to be abusing the handicap parking spaces. Yes, they have placards hanging from their mirror, and yes, there is no way for anyone to tell whether or not a person in the vehicle is handicapped, but it just seems that there are an awful lot of people who may be abusing the system.
