Stone Harbor - Another $375,000 to professionals to complete a study to determine if Stone Harbor could institute a Stormwater Utility Fee to property owners. Do Stone Harbor Property owners realize this will be an additional fee paid above and beyond the taxes and water/sewer fees already billed? Also, is this the right time to spend over a quarter million dollars on something that may never come to fruition?
