Last night on the beach at 86th Street there was a “beach party”

Sea Isle City - Last night on the beach at 86th Street there was a “beach party” of over 30 ,let’s be kind, under the influence kids. Evidenced by the fact that young” ladies” were relieving themselves on/in the dunes. Where is the enforcement of no drinking on the beach, groups of 25 or less, social distancing, etc.?More importantly, isn’t Sea Isle supposed to be family friendly?
Is this the beginning of the end for this town ? Too bad.
