Sea Isle City - It is imperative that the pastor and those on the Catholic Strong committee listen to the will of the Sea Isle community and adapt their plan accordingly. Input from the local community is crucial to parish efforts and ministry outreach. An innovative idea put forth to build the envisioned "spiritual life center" at the site of the former school should be welcomed and not be viewed as a threat to their vision. The historic church need not be destroyed to accommodate this. This compromise would certainly be embraced by the entire parish and greater Sea Isle City community.
