Rio Grande - To all the Landlords who cannot collect rent under illegal laws. If you are going to lose your property due to non paying tenants, stop paying property taxes. Stop paying utilities and stop making repairs. Let the buildings fall into disrepair. Let the banks repossess your property since you missed one too many mortgage payments. When the buildings become unfit for human habitation , the township will demolish them at taxpayers expense .
Marvel at how quickly our county has become a third rate world of " Have and Have Not's" .
Time to call our legislators for reform.
