Ocean City - Beach walks after 8pm should be a necessity for everyone. The fact that a fully-grown adult, actively walking on the beach, not causing trouble, has to leave the beach, just because a of a bunch of kids own wrongdoings, shouldn't make the rest of the island suffer. It is absolutely ridiculous. Also mind the fact that this is happening well before 9pm sunsets. It's time for Mayor Gillian to amend the ordnance. Not at the next city council meeting... it should be done now. Responsible families and adults should be allowed on the beach after 8pm; backpacks or not depending on mayor's discretion.
