Are there any local ordinances that outline how long a large dum

North Wildwood - Are there any local ordinances that outline how long a large dumpster can be left on the main street? The dumpster on New York Avenue near 16th is there for, I assume, the new construction, but why can't it be in the driveway or on the lot somehow? The dumpster isn't even up against the curb. The one side sticks out into the road and if you drive anything larger than a small SUV you have to move over so you don't sideswipe the dumpster.
