North Cape May - Can someone tell me who is paying for the six foot wide sidewalk in front of the church on Townbank road. I hope it isn’t Lower Township. This is a sidewalk to no where except the church. If it was Lower Township does the township plan on putting sidewalks the entire length of Townbank Road?
