Middle Township - Went to Xfinity in Rio Grande last week. I asked the nice young man waiting on me to check something on my account. He asked me for ID as he should before giving out my information. Why should this be different than asking for ID to vote? It’s actually more important for voting. Was Xfinity being racist? I certainly don’t think so and neither is the election board being racist for requiring proof of who is casting a ballot. This nonsense has to stop. If someone doesn’t have ID, help them get it. It’s not that hard.
