What is going on with the A/C at RMT & LCMR?

Lower Township - What is going on with the A/C at RMT & LCMR? Who is charge of overseeing these disasters? Taxpayers are paying- the project has been approved- and yet both schools are hot and nasty .It’s always the blame game with lower schools. Every single thing is blamed on Trenton. Is Trenton to blame for the lackadaisical attitudes of the teachers? Time for administrators to take some ownership instead of pretending things are fine.
