Lower Township - Re: reparations for slavery, everything proposed is already in place. Let's not be naive. It is about money; money for the commission in the form of a paycheck. Slavery was a horrible thing. It's part of history and that can't be changed, but at what point do people move on and stop using it as a tired excuse or a money scheme?
