Lower Township - Chicago is "Gun Free",and over 4000 people were shot between 2020 already this year. Phila .is up 42% in shootings and you can't own a handgun in Phila. Maine and New Hampshire are conceal and carry states "without" a permit. Yet, Maine and New Hampshire are the safest states in America! Tell me how well "Gun Control works"?
