Goshen - I think all of the police departments should promote by the amount of work the officers do. Not by taking a test. These promotions are given to the pets of the Chiefs, Mayors and Commissioners. This is wrong. The ones that have office jobs and straight day shifts can study. While the ones working nights answer calls, make arrest, investigate accidents etc. This way wrong. The men and ladies in the PD deserve better. Stop playing games with the people's lives in CMC. This goes for the Sheriff's Dept and Prosecutor's Office also.
