Court House - For over 40 years I have been hearing no big chain stores or restaurants and to shop local and mom and pop stores . I agree shopping mom and pop stores. But I drive 40 to 70 miles away to shop a big chain store and then go to the mom and pop stores there. I have no problem shopping and eating local but we also need to save money. Bring in the chain stores and restaurants I know the mom and pop stores with pick up more business as long they don't price gouge. If you look who say no chain stores are the one who close up in October and head south. No year round stores.
