I’m at a loss why some industries/businesses are still in busine

Court House - I’m at a loss why some industries/businesses are still in business. Like marketing , advertising , lobbyist, law , and these new influencers. I mean with nobody being influenced or swayed in any way to think or buy something they most likely wouldn’t have. Seriously; I’ve seen and heard millions of coke and Macdonald's ads, and never once had a coke or a fish filet. And for that matter why is the news industry wasting their time and energy when no one listens?
