Is there any reason the city decided to close off the street nea

Cape May - Is there any reason the city decided to close off the street near Rotary Park (And lose all the meter revenue) for the Juneteenth Concert on Saturday? I support the event, but it's no different than any other Rotary Park Concert, and the streets are not closed for those.
