Thanks to The Herald we have the spoutoff to express our thought

Cape May - Thanks to The Herald we have the spoutoff to express our thoughts and opinions. Seem all south jersey citizens and communities have a common denominator. The lack of our elected officials to do their jobs! The laws are in place for all our spouts to be addressed! Why are we still having these same problems in the same communities all summer long? I do believe it starts at the top! Thanks to The Herald.
