Cape May - Re: The Upper Township comment on taxes and windmills. First, they are not windmills, they are wind turbines, and if they are well offshore, no one will see them. Second, taxes aren't going away at the local, state or federal level. One other note on the wind turbines. Most people have their noses in their phones anyway, so what's the difference where they place the wind turbines. Check out the beach next time you visit. No one looks at the water. Phone in hand.
