The lights on the Washington Street Mall look OK for Christmas I

Cape May - The lights on the Washington Street Mall look OK for Christmas I guess, but couldn't they have come up with something a bit more sophisticated and attractive as a solution, instead of carnival lights ,for a year round solution in such a beautiful town? Looks Cheesy.
