I hope New Jersey has enough courage to prevent people from Texa

Cape May - I hope New Jersey has enough courage to prevent people from Texas, Mississippi and other states who open up early from coming here unless they can prove a negative PCR test, vaccine card and then quarantine for ten days. Why should our health be put in jeopardy because of their governors. I would also fine them if they break quarantine. Unless you impose monetary fines they won’t cooperate. Get tough Jersey! These people don’t care.
