Cape May - Can anyone explain the logic of Cape Mays Mayor and Council? It makes no sense that both ends of Beach Drive are not resurfaced. The County did a great job on their part of the Country portion of the Road. Also notice how poorly the promenade surface that was painted gray looks after one season. Quality product would have looked and lasted longer. Maybe redo it prior to the season.
