Cape May - Like all Democrats accused of crimes Sen Menendez is insisting the charges against him are politically motivated. Let me remind everyone facts were presented to a grand jury and they voted to indite him. This is the second indictment he has faced. While I believe he is innocent until proven guilty saying the charges are political prove he is in full-on panic mode.
