Cape May / Maple Shade - Re: a way to sell 1015 Maryland Ave. or other odd parcels in Cape May, I, as a vacationer, can imagine in the theater of my mind having enough money to want that parcel as a place to pitch a tent for occasional short stays at will. Take nothing but photos, leave nothing but footprints would be a rule I'd be happy to agree to. But, of course I'd want to leave one thing: a sign, maybe "Private Keep Off", meaning if I (the known Cape-May-appreciating owner) am not there, nobody is. Somebody would like this deal, yes?
