I have noticed that the majority of people who hang wind chimes

Cape May County - I have noticed that the majority of people who hang wind chimes rarely, if ever, sit outside so they don't hear how annoying they can be to others. Also, many keep their doors and windows closed, again, they don't hear them. Please be considerate of others in your neighborhood.
